You’re still functioning, still showing up and still doing what needs to be done. But underneath, something has shifted. And once you’ve seen that, it’s very difficult to ignore.

Why This Work Matters

I’ve rebuilt my life more than once.

From the outside, it looked like resilience; the ability to start again. But when I stepped back properly, I could see something else; I wasn’t just rebuilding, I was repeating.

There was a structure underneath everything I was doing right, but there was a crucial part of the structure missing to create something sustainable and long lasting. Without it, things could only hold for so long, but I couldn’t see it… until recently.

This workshop comes from seeing that clearly and understanding what actually allows change to last.

What We Do in the Session

This is a live, three-hour workshop where you will be guided to look at your life in a way that most people never take the time to do.

You’ll bring a real situation, pattern, or challenge with you; something that hasn’t shifted, even though you’ve tried.

During the session, you will begin to understand why willpower and awareness alone haven’t been enough to move that forward.

I will walk you through my own six-stage structure; the framework I now use in all of my work, so you can see where things have been missing and why change has not held.

There is also a short, guided reset meditation within the session. This is a simple, grounded process that shows you how quickly your nervous system can settle when it is supported in the right way, and why that matters when you are making decisions or trying to create change.

As your system steadies, your perspective changes.

This is where people often experience a breakthrough and not because they are being pushed, but because they can finally see clearly what has not been working and what needs to come to the surface.

Through guided reflection, you will begin to recognise what is ready to change and what needs to be in place for that change to hold.

After the Workshop

  • You’ll receive the full recording, so you can come back to the session in your own time and use it deepen the experience or use it for other situations.
  • You’ll also receive my Turning Point meditation; created with an overlay of frequencies designed to support the nervous system and deepen the integration process, along with a guided journal.
  • You’ll be encouraged to use these for the following three weeks after the workshop, so what you’ve seen and understood doesn’t fade, but continues to unfold in a steady, supported way.
